Today I decided to really challenge myself and run another 10 miles. I skipped my scheduled 4 mile run on Friday to rest and had another 4 miles to run today so instead of 8 I decided to run 10. I have never tried a long run two days in a row but I was feeling strong and optimistic.
The run went great! I did the same run as yesterday and felt just dandy. I am so proud of myself! I am now completely convinced that 50% of running is mental and the other 50% of running is mental.
