Week 7 - Day 1 - 4 Miles

One of my very bestiest-besties is visiting me! We are having such a great time together and fitting in a run was the LAST thing I wanted to do but I did it anyway. I woke up early and got-er-done before my friend was up and moving. A morning run is a rarity for me and I will admit there is something yummy about knowing you started the day by burning 500 calories. Even yummier is the decadent lunch I enjoyed with two of my best girlies. I cannot be grateful enough for the this visit from Miss Marianne. I have missed her very much since moving to Portland and I shamefully admit that I put all my full talents into convincing her to move here. To be honest the run is a bit of a blur in the middle of tons of giggles and hugs but the important thing is:

I did it.
