Back in the saddle after a week off!!! While I was enjoying the bluegrass festival last weekend I discovered the 1 single most exciting benefit of marathon training. I can now jump and dance to bluegrass music for 4 solid hours without getting tired. This is quite an achievement for me! Dancing at concerts is like going to church for me and the longer I can keep moving the better. Needless to say I feel pretty confident that I got plenty of cardio over the weekend and I certainly didn't feel any slowness in my pace today. In fact today was my fastest recorded pace since I started running. I finally broke 11 minutes a mile!
